Today, His Holiness the Dalai Lama came to Eugene, Oregon to share his message, “The Path to Peace and Happiness in a Global Society”. There were about 11,000 of us who came together to share in this momentous occasion.
Along the path many of walked to and from the event were these meditations. Simple, yet elegant.
I do not know who took the time to create and leave such a loving gift, but thank you. What a pleasure to pause, read the meditation, and enjoy my breath.
We are one community, one heart.
